Sea Lace

Mostly Unison pastels on pastelmat.  Have long wanted to tackle a close up seascape, and I'm pleased with the result.  13.5 x 11.5 inches.  All it needs now is smellyvision!

  1. I think you should be pleased Lesley. This is very nice. I can hear those waves pounding on the rocks.

  2. Thanks Bev! The waves were very intricate to paint, but so absorbing.

  3. An impressive drawing, Lesley. If you can't add the smell, why not an audio of crashing waves?

  4. Lovely natural foamy waves Lesley, but it looks a bit nippy for a swim. I think I can smell the sea without the smellavision.

  5. Just realised how incredibly slack you have been madam. Two months since you posted this gorgeous seascape. More, more!

  6. Hi, I followed your link from BQL, what an amazing artist you are. I recognised the National Geographic girl immediately. I think my favourite is the Highland Spring, it may be Scotland, but it has a feel of Norway too :-)
